Appointments During the COVID-19 Pandemic
In the setting of COVID-19, our providers continue to see both new and current patients and are offering video visits. We also continue to perform essential diagnostic tests and surgeries, and to deliver radiation. During video visits, our providers are able to evaluate the critical needs of each patient and plan a path forward for their care, be it surgically or medically based. The health, safety, and well-being of our patients remains our top priority. Accordingly, UCSF has infection prevention practices and protocols in place at all of our facilities. We have also developed dedicated care teams and units to take care of our Covid-19 patients at UCSF Medical Center and at other hospitals within San Francisco.

New Patients
To schedule an appointment at the California Center for Pituitary Disorders, call 1866-559-5543. If you have been diagnosed at another center, you can get in touch with us to get a second opinion.
Your telephone calls are very important to us and our goal is to respond as quickly as possible. If you call and are asked to leave a message, please provide details about your need for an appointment so that we may begin working on relevant issues prior to calling you back.
MRI studies of the pituitary gland are performed at several UCSF locations. In many cases, we prefer to obtain an MRI in advance of your visit with our physicians. If you have any questions about scheduling your MRI studies, please call the program coordinator for the physician you are scheduled to see (listed below). If you need to reschedule a visit to our clinic that is in conjunction with an MRI, please let us know to also reschedule the MRI study as well as the appointment.
